ORDERING INFORMATION

Can you help me figure out how much I will need to order for my group?

Absolutely – our Catering Team can certainly help you with this. We work with our chefs to determine quantities that you have ample food for your group without overwhelming you with leftovers. Whether you are trying to figure out how much food to order for an open house, birthday party, or wedding

What can I expect from Phoenicia Catering?

All of our food fresh daily and made to order. When you receive a production confirmation after ordering – that is the total amount for your order. There are no hidden fees. Disposable serving and eating utensils are included for orders. Our delivery fees start at $15, but are based on your location in relation to your store. However, we do deliver to the entire Houston Metro area!

How much notice do you need for my order?

We request orders for most orders to be placed by 6pm the day before delivery. For large orders – the sooner the better.

Can I change my order?

Absolutely. Orders changed prior to 3 hours before delivery have no change fees. If it is a last minute change, there is a $25 change fee to make sure that your order is expedited and ready.

How do I place my order?

Email or our on-line order form is the best answer. This allows us to take all of your information (contact, order and deliver) and generate a production confirmation for you. This will be sent back to via email to make sure that we captured all of the details.

Can I pick-up and order?

Absolutely – just let us know when place the order. We will have it ready for you in our Hot Grill area.  Upon arrival you can simply ask for Catering and we will get it for you. Quick and easy.

What hours are you available for deliveries?

Our normal deliveries are made between 7:30am and 7:00pm Monday through Friday. On weekends it is 9:30am until 5:00pm.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards for payment and will be happy to take information at the time that you place your order. We will email you a finalized invoice and receipt on the day of your delivery or pickup.

 

FULL SERVICE CATERING

Do you provide Full Service Catering?

Absolutely – we can help you plan all aspects of your event from menu preparation to providing rentals, staffing, valet service and even flowers.

Do you provide bar service?

We do provide beer and wine service for events. If spirits are needed, they will need to be purchased separately, but we can certainly help serve them for you.

Do you provide staffing for event?

We provide both wait staff and bartenders for events. We require that these are booked at least 10 days in advance to make sure of availability. We do require a 4 hour minimum for all staff (per person) and the cost starts at $25/hour.

How is the food presented?

We use a variety of serving ware, which is based on the items orders. Typically these include butcher blocks, ceramic bowls or plates, silver platters and silver serving utensils.

Do you offer tastings?

If you confirm your event for over 100 people, we will be a sampling of selected menu items for you.

When do I need to get my final headcount to your staff?

For all Full Service Catering, we do require a 72 hour notice for final headcounts in order to make sure that everything is perfect for your event.

How does gratuity work for the staff?

All costs for your event are detailed in your production confirmation and there are no additional gratuities required from you on the day of your event. We try to keep it clean and simple for you.

Do you require a deposit?

Full Service Catering events require a credit card guarantee for all events. The credit card will be charged the morning of the event, unless other payment options have been pre-arranged with our staff.

Do you work with off-site venues?

We do work with a number of local venue in the Houston area. Please ask our Catering Staff for details.

Do you have references?

We handle approximately 250 individual events per month and have scores of happy customers.
