Oils, Vinegar, & Olives

At Phoenicia, we love variety. That is why we offer more than 50 kinds of imported olive oil from more than 20 countries across the world. Like wine terroirs, the region where the oils are made has everything to do with their flavor profile. Pomace and extra virgin oils from Lebanon, Greece, Italy and Spain all have distinct flavors that can satisfy any cook intending to make anything from a refreshing salad to a pan-seared lamb chop.

Similarly, our shelves and massive olive bar are filled with dozens of types of olives and olive mixes from abroad, ranging from salty to tangy to spicy. Some of the unique types range from the powerful Moroccan oil cured to the lemony Lebanese green and black medley, to a number of rich, Greek kalamatas. We also offer our own favorite mixes within the olive bar, including the crowd-pleasing Garlic Diva that lives up to its name with just the right combination of garlic and spiciness.

As with many of our other products, we import and use our substantial buying power to pass along savings on premium oils and olives to our customers every day of the year.
