As cooler temperatures arrive, keep toasty warm by enjoying a lovely mug of damn good hot chocolate. A classic treat to start off the morning, share in the evening with good friends, or even better, tucked with a blanket and a darn good book.
2-1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
5 ounces Cacao Barry (75% Tanzanie)
1. Bring milk, heavy whipping cream and sugar to a boil over medium heat.
2. Gently whisk cocoa powder into boiling mixture.
3. Turn off heat and remove. Pour into mug and top with freshly whipped cream. Finish with a light dusting of cacao powder.
