3 packages of cream cheese (8oz) (softened)
1 can olives (chopped)
1 can green chiles (chopped; keep liquid)
1 small bunch green onion (chopped or 4 Tbs chopped chives)
Picante sauce (to taste)
Mexican or cheddar cheese (to taste)
2 packages large flour tortillas
1. Mix first 6 ingredients together until well combined.
2. Spread evenly on tortillas.
3. Roll tortillas up and slice into bite sized pieces. Serve.
