- 1-1/4 cup hazelnut paste (can be purchased at Phoenicia Specialty Foods)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 9 ounces halava (plain) (can be purchased at Phoenicia Specialty Foods)
- 12.5 ounces white chocolate
- 5-1/2 cups feuillantine (can be purchased at Phoenicia Specialty Foods)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 18 ounces dark chocolate
- 1 cup whipping cream
In another metal bowl over boiling water, melt butter and dark chocolate. When melted and smooth, add whipping cream (brought to a boil and added hot). Pour melted chocolate and cream mixture over the halava and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Remove and cut into the size of your choice. Keep refrigerated until serving.
Makes 1 small sheet pan.
