We are pleased to offer summer classes for your little chefs!
Class 1 – The Eiffel Flour
Our class will be making a delicious French Baguette from scratch, along with éclairs and some lovely tarts. We will also decorate Eiffel tower cookies…YUM! This is a hands-on class and our young Parisian bakers will come away with great cooking skills and YUMMY snacks! We will finish our class in the MKT BAR with YUMMY, house-made baguette sandwiches, chips and cartoons! June 22nd | July 20th
Class 2 – Extra Dough!
Bake some happiness with us! In this bread class we will be making a bread loaf from scratch and braid up some Challah and pretzels! We will also make sweet and savory empanadas then we will finish up the class with cupcakes – hey that is bread too! The class will finish in MKT BAR with kids munching on the delicious empanadas they made! Kids will go home with several warm loaves of bread and decorated cupcakes to share! June 29th | July 27th
Class 3 – I Spy a Pie
We will focus on pies; sweet and savory in this class. Kids will make a pie dough from scratch for a savory chicken or veggie pot pie and sweet mini pies! They will learn to measure ingredients, roll dough, and different pastry techniques to make a perfect pie crust. After class we will eat our YUMMY goodies in the MKT BAR with some snacks and a beverage of your choice. The little chefs will take home (2) sweet pies to share with their family! July 6th | August 3rd
Class 4 – Batter Up
Be the chef of the party and learn to make a cake and frosting from scratch and how to churn ice cream. Our chefs will be teaching the kids to make a YUMMY batter for a cake that they will decorate and how to churn their favorite flavors into smooth creamy ice cream! After class we will enjoy cartoons and brunch in the MKT BAR! July 13th | August 10th

Minimum age requirement for students is 3 years old. All classes will be held from 10 am to noon at our Downtown Market at 1001 Austin St.
