Carrot Salad

Rich in vitamin C, the bright flavors are a medley of crisply tangy and sweet – a good and easy dish for any gathering.


2 177s Carrots, fresh, peeled, shredded, drained
1/4 cup Raisins, black
1/4 cup Mint, dried, crushed
1/4 cup Mint, fresh, leaves only
1 tablespoon Sugar, granulated
3 tablespoons Juice, lemon
3/4 cup Mayonnaise, pakcer
1 tablespoon Vinegar, white, distilled


1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients except salt and pepper.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
