Praline Peach Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
4 Tbl butter
¼ tsp salt
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup pecans (chopped)
3 ea fresh peaches (sliced)

Buttermilk Waffles:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups low-fat buttermilk
1/3 cup melted butter
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

For the Praline Peach Sauce: In a medium sauce pan melt the butter with the sugar and salt. Cook for about 4 minutes on low heat. Whisk in the cream and cook for another minute. Turn off the heat and add the pecan and peaches.

For the Buttermilk Waffles: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl until evenly combined. Whisk buttermilk and butter together in a separate bowl. Whisk in eggs. Stir buttermilk mixture into flour mixture until just combined and batter is slightly lumpy. Whisk in vanilla extract. Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Pour enough batter into the preheated waffle iron to reach 1/2 inch from the edge. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.

Serve warm pecan praline and peach sauce over waffles.
